NLP4KIDS WORKSHOP
We offer workshops on a range of different topics, the most popular being
Confidence Building
Self Esteem
Exam Stress
Communications Skills
We do also offer more specialist workshops based on the individual skill set of our practitioners and events that are occurring in the academic calendar. For example, our practitioners who specialize in learning difficulties may offer a dyslexia help workshop, or there may be an anti bullying workshop taking place during National Anti Bullying Week.
NLP FOR PARENTS WORKSHOP
We offer a range of parenting workshops that are sometime based around common day-to-day parenting challenges or challenges that are related to specific subjects that parents may be facing. For example:
Understanding your teenage child parenting workshop
Helping anxious children – a guide for parents
Supporting depressed children parenting workshop
Techniques for parents of children with ODD
NLP For Parents involves learning some of the basic techniques of NLP that can really influence the way you and your child relate to one another. We can’t promise that they’ll love doing their homework as a result of you attending the course, but you will learn some great ways to create incentives for them to get them homework done. This isn’t your average parenting course where we talk about reward systems and star charts (although they have their uses). With NLP for Parents you will learn new language patterns and ways to approach options with your child that will have them responding with less fuss whilst still feeling empowered. Using your new skills you will also be able to better support your child in overcoming their own challenges and improve relationships between siblings.
NLP FOR TEACHERS WORKSHOP
Our NLP4Teachers courses are designed to enable teachers to get onto the individual wave lengths of each pupil to increase rapport and respect. Here are some of the teacher training workshops on offer from NLP4Teachers:
Adapt your presentation skills to fit each students preferred mode for learning and understanding.
Body language to convey certainty.
Using language to motivate or demotivate
We also run workshops that work in parallel to events in the academic calendar and trainings to create attitudinal change or to help boost moral during difficult episodes of school life, such as after a demanding Of sted inspection.
WORKSHOP IN SCHOOLS
We have a programme of 9 different topics that address common problems that schools and pupils face. These include subject such as exam stress, bullying, communication skills and respect. If you are enquiring on behalf of a school, please contact us via info@NLP4Kids.org to access the full range of programmes. Each programme (topic) runs for ten weeks for one hour each week. We take up to 16 pupils in a group, sometimes fewer depending on the needs of the individuals within the group. Most schools book more than one programme each term so that the practitioner is with you for several hours offering different workshops to different groups/classes.We also offer a school placement programme which is either a half day or a full day for 10 weeks. During this time you can utilise the practitioners time in anyway you chose. This could be one to one coaching with pupils or workshops with a variety of groups. We can even in some cases work with teachers and parents during that time too.
